PRÉCIS D'HISTOIRES COMMUNES ET PARFAITEMENT SINGULIÈRES [2018]
OF COMMON AND PERFECTLY SINGULAR STORIES

collective illustrated book, silkscreen printing
13 x 23 cm (folded), 22 pages

An intergenerational book that brings together the 3 to 103 year-old publics concerned by the artist's residency carried out in Poitiers between January and May 2018. The publication consists of a souvenirs' collection gathered from the EHPAD Agapanthe residents, assembled like a patchwork to weave links between different life stories and create a common history. This narrative framework was illustrated by the children of the Maison de la Gibauderie's recreation centre, then laid out, printed and hand-bound with the visual arts students of the Lycée Camille Guérin.

Silkscreen printed at Fanzinothèque de Poitiers in 300 copies.

Action carried out as part of the artist residency program funded by the Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine, in partnership with Lycée Camille Guérin, Résidence Agapanthe and Maison de la Gibauderie.
